In the event of any conflict between this policy and a signed agreement, the signed agreement shall prevail.

For custom software development projects, product development engagements, and related professional services, refund and cancellation terms are governed by the signed proposal, statement of work, milestone plan, or contract between AlgoForge and the client.

Depending on the agreement, the following may apply:

• Work already completed, time spent, and resources allocated up to the point of cancellation may be non-refundable.
• Discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment costs incurred may be non-refundable depending on the project stage.
• Third-party costs (such as licensing, hosting setup, API fees, or tools) may be non-refundable once incurred.
• Any refund, if applicable, will be calculated based on the specific agreement and project status.

We encourage clients to discuss cancellation terms openly. AlgoForge will work in good faith to reach a fair resolution based on the work completed and the terms agreed upon.

AlgoForge does not currently offer paid SaaS subscriptions through this website. If paid SaaS products, subscription-based services, or recurring billing plans are launched in the future, the applicable cancellation and refund terms will be clearly displayed in the product-specific terms of service, subscription agreement, or billing page.

Product-specific terms shown at the point of purchase or in the applicable agreement will control any paid subscription.

AlgoForge does not currently sell digital products through this website. If digital products are offered in the future, refund eligibility will depend on the nature of the product, access granted, and product-specific terms displayed at the point of sale.
