Ownership of code and deliverables
The engagement agreement lists the source code, documentation, designs, configuration, and other deliverables that transfer to you, and when. General-purpose libraries, frameworks, and our internal tooling that contains no client-specific logic stay available for future projects.
Confidentiality
A mutual non-disclosure agreement can be signed before you share sensitive product, operational, or commercial information. We publish only our own products as evidence of our work; client systems, data, and metrics never appear without explicit permission.
Support after launch
Maintenance can continue under a separate support agreement: bug fixes, dependency and security updates, monitoring, and small improvements. For continued development, a long-term engagement keeps a consistent team on feature work and modernization.
